- Do Lumiva glasses have interchangeable lenses?

The Evo, Energy and Power models have interchangeable lenses, the other models are not interchangeable.

- Is it possible to use dioptric frames and where can I buy them?

 For the Energy and Evo models, dioptre frames can be fitted inside the glasses - you can find them in the accessories

- Is it possible to purchase replacement lenses?
For the Energy and Power models, it is possible to purchase additional photochromic lenses - you can find them in the spare lenses section

-  What is a photochromic lens?
The photochromic or self-tinting lens reacts to the current light conditions, in such a way that the lenses darken in intense light and, conversely, change to light in lower light intensity.

 

- What kind of lenses come in the package?

All glasses come with multi-coloured lenses that provide excellent optical quality with high HD resolution and minimal distortion thanks to the latest technology. Of course, UV400 UV protection is included. In addition, for the Power, Energy and EVO models, a spare lens with polarized glass is included in the package.

 

- What is polarized glass?

The lenses in polarized glasses have a special filter that blocks reflected light, so your vision will be clear even in bright sunlight. Polarisation prevents unpleasant glare, which is especially common when looking at water, wet roads or snowy surfaces.

 

- How do I know which glass is polarized?

If you take two polarised glasses and put them together, you can normally see through them. But as soon as you turn them 90°, you can't see anything.

 

- What is the difference between the different models?

The different models differ mainly in shape and design. In addition, some models offer interchangeable lenses (Evo, Energy and Power) and the option to fit dioptric frames (Evo + Energy).

 

- Payment - how can I pay?

By card or bank transfer. We do not send cash on delivery.

 

- When will I receive the goods?

We ship the goods from the Czech Republic within 24 hours after payment.

 

- What kind of shipping do you use?

We use the services of carriers DHL or Packeta.

 

- I have a narrow face, which of the models would be best for me?
We recommend the EVO model for those with a narrow face shape.

 

- Are the glasses transparent? Will I be able to see my eyes?
The glasses look more mirrored in real life and you can hardly see your eyes through them. At close range, the eyes will be easily visible and only from a certain angle.

- I can return the glasses

Yes. Glasses can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason at your own expense. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The return form can be found in the footer of our website.
